There is a consultation fee for all out of province patients WITHOUT a Physician Referral that will be collected at the time of your booking. We accept Credit Cards as a form of payment.

There is no fee for the consultation provided you have a valid AHS health care number. We require that you secure your consultation with a credit card.

A fee of $107.00 will be charged for all No-Shows, or failure to Cancel or Reschedule your consultation within 24 hours of your original appointment. *This applies to all consultations, excluding post-operative followup appointments.

Surgery cannot be scheduled without a prior in-office or virtual consultation.

If you have already had surgery with Dr. Giuffre, please contact the office at 780-428-7737 to arrange any necessary postoperative visits.

If you have postoperative concerns and have not received a response requesting images within an hour, please call the office directly at 780-428-7737 for further assistance.

Additionally, forms cannot be submitted via email—all required or requested forms must be brought to the office in person.
